Over the past year at the International Chairman’s Team, we have been developing leadership training events specifically to meet the needs of YWAM base leaders. It has been a joy and blessing to get to know base leaders from around the world and learn from their experiences. In response to requests from many of the participants of the Base Leaders Training seminars, we began collecting a number of documents, articles and other resources that are of interest to people in this key role and they are now available to you online.
